BITES OF MILANO UNICA 2016

A project conceived to present the world of textiles to a wide and varied public in an unexpected and fascinating way.

Milano Unica has decided to accompany the enjoyable and convivial time of eating with an activity that fosters the promotion and knowledge of textiles, a sort of educational action with an innovative, modern and contemporary format. For the whole of February with Bites of Milano Unica, the tables of four well-known Milanese restaurants were “dressed” with fabrics by the best exhibitors at the textile show.

Lanificio Zignone has taken part in this culinary initiative by supplying its exclusive fabrics for the preparation of the table settings designed by experts of the table and the art of hospitality to create a very exciting effect through the fabrics but in line with the style of each restaurant. Guests were able to “touch” the fabrics, getting to know their qualities and finishes in an entertaining and unusual way.
